through this path i take
my feet my hands my strength
my eyes so i see as be my faith
the trust alone i have to take
me to my place of dreams
as i hope for patience
dreams are real yet remains in the distance
through adversity, multiple attempts
i pray be by my side lord
give me passion to remain persistent
i pray for peace love and benevolence
be that i practice and not speak to it be evident
